Your position

For an industrial company located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, we are looking for an automation technician to start immediately. Position 40 hours/week

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Preparation of technical documentation
- System programming and optimization (PLC, HMI, SCADA, networks, etc.)
- Participation in new equipment installation projects
- Providing support for all maintenance-related issues, in compliance with OHS rules and procedures
- Improvement of processes and controls

Your profile
- DEC in electricity, electronics or other relevant field
- At least 3 years' experience in PLC programming
- Experience in the manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider environments, etc.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and diagrams
- Knowledge of communications and protocols

- Salary: $75k - $95k depending on experience, full insurance, company RRSP.
Permanent face-to-face position - Monday to Friday - day shift
