As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Description:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in driving the growth of our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. This role requires a self-motivated and energetic individual who can effectively engage potential clients and create a strong pipeline for our sales team.

This job opportunity comes with a progression plan to grow into a sales/closer position role with OTE of $60k+

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, texts, emails) to generate qualified leads

Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads

Respond to inbound inquiries and engage potential customers to understand their needs and qualify them as sales opportunities

Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into purchases

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system

Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge through training and development opportunities

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement tools

A passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow within the company

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
