Our client, a top banking client in Canada, is looking to hire a Senior Consultant - Enterprise Data & Records for their team with an initial 12-month contract which is renewable. This role is currently hybrid for their Toronto office.


The candidate will be reporting to the Director of Enterprise Data & Records. This role is responsible for delivering business services and consultative support on the identification, retention, and disposition of records and data. As part of the Enterprise Data and Records Management Office (EDRMO), the successful candidate will proactively analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to the EDRMO's governance framework and processes. They will communicate the rationale for these changes, negotiate solutions to enhance operational effectiveness, support risk and control activities, and advance enterprise-wide data and records management initiatives. Projects are expected to be carried out effectively through collaboration with a diverse team, developing and implementing flexible, innovative solutions that provide business value. Additionally, the role involves supporting the operationalization of records-related policies and standards by engaging with business partners across the organization.


Must-Have Requirements:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in managing large-scale records
  2. Experience managing programs within Financial Institutions
  3. Experience implementing solutions for record management
  4. Leadership experience such as leading a program
