We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders in children ranging from toddlers to adolescents. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a flexible mix of in-clinic and remote sessions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments for speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and feeding/swallowing disorders in childrenDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needsDeliver therapy sessions both in-person and through secure virtual platformsCollaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary health professionalsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) standardsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as neededParticipate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing educationProvide caregiver coaching and parent education to support carryover and generalizationEnsure compliance with provincial regulatory guidelines and privacy legislationQualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent registration and good standing with CASLPOMinimum 1–2 years of experience working with children and families (new grads with strong pediatric placements may be considered)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsComfortable delivering services via telepractice (training/support provided if needed)Access to transportation (for in-clinic or community visits, if applicable)Proficiency in additional languages is considered an assetBenefits:Flexible scheduling and hybrid work modelSupportive and collaborative interdisciplinary teamCompetitive compensationAccess to therapy materials and digital toolsOpportunity to shape pediatric programming and outreach #J-18808-Ljbffr
