**Speech-Language Pathologist**

**Job Type**: Part-time, Independent Contractor, Mobile (in-home within North York area)

**Pay Range**: $97.5-100/hour depending on experience. Must be willing to work after-school hours and weekends.

**Let’s Tok Speech Therapy** provides neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based assessments, consultations, and therapy to families of autistic children while fostering connection over compliance.

Let’s Tok Speech Therapy is looking to hire a part-time, driven **Speech-Language Pathologist** to fill an independent contractor role The SLP will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to, the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assessment: Conduct formal and informal speech and language assessments, goal setting, progress notes, and report writing.
- Treatment: Deliver evidence-based treatment for clients by providing in-home support in North York area, which includes direct therapy, documentation, progress monitoring, and discharge planning as well as delivery of parent training.
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all sensitive client data.

**Qualifications**:

- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Registered with CASLPO
- Must obtain a vulnerable sector check
- Possess a full G driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to learn new technology and practice management software with ease (we use Jane at our practice)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn more about neuroaffirming practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to be a supportive team player and also work independently
