Information management including documentation, producing initial, interim, and, if needed, discharge reports. This also includes Resident Care Plans. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Currently licensed with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba. Possesses sufficient practical experience to satisfactorily perform the responsibilities of the position. 2. Mentally and physically able to perform duties as outlined. 3. Knowledgeable in the principles and philosophy of long term care. 4. Ability to supervise and direct the work of others. 5. Demonstrates concern and interest in providing quality care to residents. 6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and complete assignments in a timely manner. 7.
