The story of their success is really thousands of stories about people; owner/operators, fleet managers, logistics companies, port authorities. People who can’t afford downtime and share our philosophy on quality. People who know there must be a better way to get the job done. Reporting to the VP Trailer Division/Sales Manager and as a member of the Trailer Sales team, you will be responsible for the sales & marketing of the company’s manufactured trailers.

Responsibilities:
  • Trailer Sales – 80% (estimate only)
  • Research and effectively communicate with new clients to grow customer base for trailer products.
  • Provide written quotations/specifications in response to customer requests.
  • Manage sales contracts, invoices, deposits, payments and customer documentation throughout entire sales process.
  • Work closely with VP/Manager regarding setting pricing and determining leadtime/ delivery dates.
  • Provide timely reports and analysis as requested VP/Manager.
  • Conduct market research to determine best avenues of expansion of trailer sales through broader (or narrower) product offerings and expanded territories.
  • Work with VP/Manager and staff to develop and execute trailer sales strategies.
  • Find opportunities to improve / enhance the Trailer division website & marketing materials
  • Engage with and manage various media (including trade shows) to develop advertising
  • strategies that consistently have an acceptable ROI
Qualifications:
  • Self‐sufficient, organized, deadline‐oriented, resourceful, & proactive
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with keen business acumen
  • Ability to enroll key stakeholders and gain support for initiatives
  • Ability to multi‐task and manage deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to promote and support company’s core values
  • Strong computer skills and demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Illustrator.
  • Related Industry work experience,
  • Strong consultative (solution) selling background
  • Sense of entrepreneurship and desire to become a member of a dynamic team focused on constant growth and market leadership
  • The position will require 15% to 25% travel
