This position is a full-time contract to extend to December 2025, with the potential for extension.

Georgina is a vibrant lakeshore town situated in one of Canada’s most dynamic regions—York Region. Formed in 1970 through the amalgamation of six distinct communities, Georgina has since evolved into a unified and thriving area where residents, organizations, and businesses collaborate with the municipality to drive a rapidly growing economy. Known for its unique historical charm, each part of Georgina contributes to its cohesive community spirit. The town’s crown jewel, Lake Simcoe, not only inspires a lively arts scene but also offers year-round recreational opportunities that draw visitors from across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. The hourly rate for this position is $64.98/hour (includes in lieu of benefits and vacation)
