This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our sales operations and maintaining strong relationships with our key account. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and a strong sense of ownership in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of key account activities. As a key member of the team, the Assistant Sales Lead will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and contributing to the success of our key account partnerships.Your role…Item Setup and Assortment Grid Maintenance:· Accurately input and maintain product information, pricing, and specifications in assortment grids and applicable databases.· Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all platforms and systems.· Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.Quotes and Cost Updates:· Assist in gathering information for creating and updating quotes and costs for products in collaboration with internal teams and key account partners.· Coordinate with costing team to obtain updated pricing information and ensure timely updates to pricing databases.· Monitor cost changes and flag their impact on profitability and pricing strategies.Sample/Mockup Creation & Coordination:· Coordinate the procurement, creation and delivery of samples and mockups for the key account and for internal use.· Ensure samples/mockups meet quality standards and specifications requested by partners.· Track sample/mockup inventory and manage distribution to internal teams and partners as needed while providing updates on progress to key stakeholders.Internal Quotations (QPIs) and Requisitions (REQs):· Support the generation and publication of internal quotations (QPIs) and assist with the preparation of Requisitions (REQs) as needed.· Collaborate with sales and planning teams to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy and completeness of quotations and REQs.· Track and follow up on the status of quotations and REQs to ensure timely completion and submission. · Understand the Key Account calendar and manage the timeline internally.Assisting with Planogram (POG) Builds:· Support the creation and implementation of planograms (POGs) for key account partners.· Assist in gathering product information, specifications, and visual assets for planogram designs.· Coordinate with cross-functional teams as necessary to ensure timely execution and accuracy of planogram builds.Administrative Support:· Provide general administrative support to the Key Account team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings.· Assist with the preparation and distribution of sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.· Maintain accurate records of key account activities, correspondence, and contracts.What we’re looking for…· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.· Previous experience in sales coordination, account management, or related roles, preferably in a key account environment.· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with a strong sense of ownership.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.· Knowledge of sales processes, retail operations, and merchandising concepts is a plus.Curious? Ton rôle…Configuration des articles et maintenance de la grille d'assortiment :· Saisir et conserver avec précision les informations sur les produits, les prix et les spécifications dans les grilles d'assortiment et les bases de données applicables.· Assurer la cohérence et l'exactitude des données sur toutes les plateformes et tous les systèmes.· Mener des audits réguliers pour vérifier l'intégrité des données et résoudre rapidement les écarts.Devis et mises à jour des coûts :· Aider à recueillir des informations pour créer et mettre à jour les devis et les coûts des produits en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les partenaires grands comptes.· Coordonner avec l'équipe d'évaluation des coûts pour obtenir des informations de prix mises à jour et assurer des mises à jour en temps opportun des bases de données de prix.· Surveiller les changements de coûts et signaler leur impact sur la rentabilité et les stratégies de tarification.Création et coordination d'échantillons/maquettes :· Coordonner l'approvisionnement, la création et la livraison des échantillons et des maquettes pour le compte clé et pour un usage interne.· S'assurer que les échantillons/maquettes répondent aux normes de qualité et aux spécifications demandées par les partenaires.· Suivre l'inventaire des échantillons/maquettes et gérer la distribution aux équipes internes et aux partenaires si nécessaire tout en fournissant des mises à jour sur les progrès aux principales parties prenantes.Devis internes (QPI) et demandes d'achat (REQ):· Soutenir la génération et la publication de devis internes (QPI) et aider à la préparation des demandes (REQ) selon les besoins.· Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et de planification pour recueillir les informations nécessaires et garantir l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité des devis et des REQ.· Suivre et suivre l'état des devis et des REQ pour garantir leur achèvement et leur soumission dans les délais.· Comprendre le calendrier des Grands Comptes et gérer le calendrier en interne.Assistance aux constructions de planogrammes (POG):· Accompagner la création et la mise en œuvre de planogrammes (POG) pour les partenaires grands comptes.· Aider à rassembler des informations sur les produits, des spécifications et des ressources visuelles pour les conceptions de planogrammes.· Coordonner avec les équipes interfonctionnelles si nécessaire pour garantir l'exécution en temps opportun et l'exactitude des constructions de planogrammes.Soutien administratif:· Fournir un soutien administratif général à l'équipe des comptes clés, y compris la gestion des calendriers et la planification des réunions.· Aider à la préparation et à la distribution des rapports de ventes, des présentations et d'autres documents selon les besoins.· Tenir des registres précis des activités des comptes clés, de la correspondance et des contrats.Ce que nous recherchons…· Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.· Expérience antérieure en coordination des ventes, en gestion de comptes ou dans des rôles connexes, de préférence dans un environnement de comptes clés.· Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel et d'autres outils de gestion de données.· Attention exceptionnelle aux détails et à l'exactitude dans la saisie et l'analyse des données.· Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps, avec la capacité de prioriser les tâches et de respecter les délais avec un fort sentiment d'appartenance.· Excellente compétences en communication et relation interpersonnelles.· Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et collaborative dans un environnement au rythme rapide et axé sur l'équipe.· La connaissance des processus de vente, des opérations de vente au détail et des concepts de marchandisage est un plus.
