Position: Bilingual Technical Call Center Agent
Remote/Hybrid role: Hybrid in Kanata, 2x per week
Training Period: Approximately 1 Month - training is done fully onsite (5x a week)
Contract Duration: 24 month contract to conversion

Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Call Center Agent (Bilingual) to join the Customer Solution Centers team at a Fortune 100 IT company for a 24 month contract to hire based in Kanata, ON (hybrid 2x per week). The Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide services for customer access; pre-sales; post-sales; and service delivery. This individual will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from B2B clients. Success in this position will require knowledge of company policies/procedures and its technical products to attend to assignments that are moderately complex in nature (with little-to-no supervision). Candidates must have proficiency in both English and French; excellent phone presence; a great attitude; and experience with Microsoft Suite.

Must Have Requirements:

  • 2+ years of call center/CSR experience
  • Strong French and English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical aptitude with databases/software/platforms
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent phone presence and energetic, collaborative attitude
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customer by using the appropriate methods/tools
