Bell’s forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers. We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.

The Digital Services team is part of the Customer Operations, and is responsible for managing our customers’ self-serve experience. We are looking to enhance how we convey personalized sales and service information to customers, to improve customers experience and usage of our digital self-serve functionalities.

The Product Manager is responsible for these key activities
1) Review existing sales triggers (in flow, tiles ) and corresponding results and identify necessary changes
2) Align and influence marketing teams to promote sales online and adopt A/B testing to align on outcomes
3) Maintain a roadmap of existing and upcoming sales/promotion functionalities, utilization and campaigns
4) Advocate for better use of Digital communication tactics(including Digital billboards, push notification) while preserving a consistent customer experience (aligned with eDM, mass campaigns targeting other channels)
5) Present findings and recommendations to executives following an Agile decision making process

**Job duties / accountabilities**:

- Create and manage roadmap for self serve experience and sales
- Monitor traffic strategy and translate into impact for overall sales and digital mix
- Suggest new traffic triggers and changes to existing based on data, results and whole portfolio of products
- Lead discussions with partners to align and implement change
- Learn from external parties on digital sales best practices
- Build presentations that clearly inform stakeholders on progress

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate Degree - Business/Marketing/Computer science/Analytics is ideal
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or other data driven decision making roles
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, organized and self-disciplined
- Great attention to detail

**Preferred Skills**:

- Digital experience
- Strong work ethic
- Experience presenting results to mid / senior level management
- Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables with competing tight deadlines
- Bilingualism (English / French) preferred
