The Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the seamless deployment and integration of Spartakus APM solutions for clients. This role ensures that systems are configured according to specifications, and the client onboarding process is completed efficiently. The Implementation Specialist supports clients during their onboarding, ensuring they extract maximum value from the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Software Deployment: Manage the software deployment process for new clients, working closely with the Project Manager (PM) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure successful implementation.
  • Configuration: Customize and configure Spartakus APM data inputs to align with the unique requirements of each client.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support after deployment to ensure smooth adoption and transition to Customer Support Specialists (CSS).
  • Training: Deliver basic training to customers, ensuring they can effectively use the platform.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve any complex technical issues during the implementation process.

Interactions

  • Internal Teams: Work closely with Project Managers, SMEs, and the Development team to ensure successful client onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Clients: Serve as a key point of contact during the onboarding process, ensuring clients are comfortable and satisfied with the platform.

Documentation

  • Training Materials: Create and maintain training materials to help customers onboard and maximize the use of Spartakus APM.
  • Guides: Develop detailed guides to assist clients with setup, customization, and troubleshooting.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On-time, On-budget Delivery: Ensure all implementations are completed within agreed timelines and budget.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer churn rate below 5%.

Qualifications

  • Experience in software implementation and customer onboarding, preferably in the industrial or SaaS sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for client training and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with a CMMS (maintenance management software) is a plus.
