As we continue to expand, we are excited to invite experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining our fleet, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency for our valued customers.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct planned and unplanned maintenance procedures on our fleet of aircraft in accordance with Canadian Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
  2. Perform and document inspection of engines, structural, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  3. Troubleshoot structural, mechanical, hydraulic, and engines to identify and repair defects.
  4. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, manuals, instructions, etc.
  5. Inspect, service, and maintain spare parts inventory.
  6. Complete all maintenance-related paperwork fully and accurately.
  7. Assist with the general maintenance and servicing of hangar equipment and facilities.
  8. Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  1. Transport Canada Certified AME License M1 or M2.
  2. Ability to legally work in Canada.
  3. Must be able to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
  4. Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Able to perform well under pressure, comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
  7. Safety orientated.
  8. Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
