Responsibilities:

  1. General administrative duties
  2. Evaluation of customer needs and solutions
  3. Issue and process Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (RMAs) for customer hardware returns
  4. Correspond with customers regarding returns, status updates and payments
  5. Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  1. Post-Secondary Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  5. Some customer service experience if preferred
