Accounts Payable Representative - TemporaryCintas is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative. Payments will be processed using the SAP computer system.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all invoices are properly coded using the chart of accounts.Charge expenses to the appropriate GL codes and cost centers.Verify vendor accounts.Disburse petty cash.Set up new vendors when needed.Manage the purchase order process in accordance with policy.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GEDAccurate typing and 10 keypad experienceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical skills, including 2-5 years' experience in data analysis and research/resolution of issuesPreferred QualificationsBilling experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internetAvailability to start within two weeks after offer made/acceptedCompensationA reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $18.98 - $23.93/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
