The Specialist, Sales Compensation and Incentives will be primarily responsible to drive sales behaviors related to all relevant product offerings. Participant sales measurement, and communication of results are a key aspect of this role. This position challenges and develops employees’ skills and abilities to achieve the best performance results. This role will directly support the Charged up (Employee incentive program), commissions, customer referrals, franchise incentives & contractor spiff programs while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with field personnel to foster culture re: incentives and lead generation process for all products.
  • Liaise regularly with the Sales Support Sales Effectiveness Lead for all back-office operations of the Charged-up platform.
  • Create Health & Safety slides for Weekly Sales & Marketing meeting.
  • Liaise with manager, to fully implement throughout the Charged-up organization.
  • Web platform support, create, edit and password resets for corporate users.
  • Deliver & maintain training platform, i.e., non-Customer facing employees, field staff, travel may be required.
  • Detailed training to support field staff and the ability to execute to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage program vendors, web platform modifications, merchandising redemption.
  • Manage all funding vs budget, maintain escrow accounts.
  • Calculate and manage EMC Commission & Contractor Spiff programs
    - Processing of EMC compensation invoices EMC/DSM/GM
    - Process contractor spiff invoices are processed on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Proven performance in a sales capacity
  • Excellent knowledge of HVAC industry
  • Ability to motivate and focus staff to meet or exceed targets.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent
  • Sound base of technical and computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent knowledge of the company policies and procedures
  • Capable of working under pressure. Meeting deadlines, productivity, and financial targets
