Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, executing test cases, and identifying and reporting defects. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our software meets and exceeds industry standards. Responsibilities

Review technical requirements to provide feedback on test specifications

Coordinate with internal teams to create detailed, comprehensive and well structured test plans and test cases

Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

Rigorously engage in hands-on regression testing of to ensure quality and stability of software 

Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and work with other team members to implement solutions

Participate in code-reviews to identify potential defects and suggest improvements

Creating and maintaining test environments

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 3 years of software development experience

Proven work experience in software quality assurance 

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

Demonstrated experience writing comprehensive test plans and test cases

Experience with test management and defect tracking systems

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively

Compensation

Starting salary for this position is $75,000 annually, with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
