Le Service des poursuites pénales du Canada (SPPC) est une organisation du gouvernement fédéral chargée de mener des poursuites pénales de ressort fédéral. Notre organisation compte environ 1 000 employés, dans des bureaux régionaux partout au pays, qui jouent tous un rôle déterminant dans le renforcement du système de justice pénale du Canada.

En tant que membre de l'équipe de haut leadership, vous êtes particulièrement bien placé(e) pour diriger et influencer la prestation des services de poursuites fédéraux. Aussi, vous ferez partie d'un groupe national de collègues de gestion et de spécialistes des services internes qui travaillent en collaboration et se soutiennent mutuellement. Vous aurez l'occasion d'encadrer des collègues et de les guider dans leur parcours professionnel alors qu'ils intentent des poursuites au plus haut niveau, d'encadrer des chefs d'équipe et de favoriser leur croissance professionnelle, et de participer à des décisions qui auront une incidence concrète sur tous les employés de l'organisation.

Tous les superviseurs et superviseuses ont des caractéristiques semblables, mais la diversité des régions et directions du SPPC ainsi que les champs d'intérêt et les approches propres à chaque superviseurs et superviseuses permettent à chacun d'eux de se démarquer, que ce soit dans le cadre d'affaires ou du perfectionnement de l'effectif du SPPC. - Expérience de leadership et de gestion en ce qui concerne les questions juridiques très complexes.
- Expérience de la gestion des ressources humaines**.
- Expérience appréciable s'entend du niveau d'expérience dont l'ampleur et la richesse s'acquièrent normalement en huit (8) ans environ y compris au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience pendant le dernier cinq (5) ans.
