- Build strong working relationships with PSP’s Private Equity and Credit Investments asset classes.
- Conduct primary research, analysis and presentations on sustainability matters and best practices for institutional investors.
- Actively participate in collaborative and leadership initiatives with industry peers.
- Collaborate on PSP’s disclosure and reporting activities on sustainability matters both internally and externally.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Demonstrated expertise through minimum two (2) years of relevant sustainability-related experience in the sustainable investing, investment ownership or management industry, with a focus on private equity and credit investments.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainable investing principles and practices, including knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and reporting standards related to sustainable investing.
- Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders (internally and externally) at all levels.
- Business acumen, blending both qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve complex business problems is an asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technology and data analytics.
- A results-oriented and goal-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving quantifiable outcomes.
- Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa).
