A Day in the Life

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Hearing Solutions, you will:

  • Support full-cycle recruitment of “A” players, from posting jobs and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and managing offers.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-potential candidates during the recruitment process to enhance their long-term engagement with the company.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes, including maintaining employee records and managing HRIS systems, mainly BambooHR.
  • Help coordinate internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the team on key projects related to training, development, and performance management.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture by supporting employee wellness and recognition programs.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Recruitment experience preferred, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • A positive, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software is an asset.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
