Workplace Essentials is a service-driven organization, dedicated to providing industry-leading printing equipment as well as premier managed print services solutions and custom furniture/design services to our customers dating back to 1962.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing; as a sales representative for photocopiers/multi-functional devices, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and selling photocopier/multi-functional device products and solutions to businesses and organizations. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions to meet those needs. The role involves meeting sales targets, staying updated on industry trends, and providing excellent customer service.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of photocopier/multifunctional device products.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photocopier/multi-functional device solutions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and new photocopier/multi-functional device technologies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote photocopier/ multi-functional device products and services.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess 5 years of sales experience. You are a self-starter with strong leadership skills and a passion for exploring new ideas and strategies. You have the ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels, manage and execute sales plans from start to finish, clearly articulate the unique aspects of products and services, effectively position products against competitors, and demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. You are a motivated sales professional with a proven history of exceeding targets, driving sales, and enhancing performance and profitability within your account base or territory.
