Job Description

This position is a part-time seasonal role from May to September.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support the store’s overall target
  2. Build a positive store environment through effective communication, collaboration, and partnership with the management team
  3. Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions
  4. Follow store operating procedures to minimize store shrink
  5. Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards
  6. Ensure overall accuracy in inventory and proper organization and accessibility of Canada Goose’s products
  7. Process inbound and outbound shipments, replenishment, damages, return to vendor, etc.
  8. Support in the overall upkeep of physical store maintenance and standards
  9. Maintain Visual Merchandise directives

Let’s Talk About You:

Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
Proven record of maintaining successful store operations
Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations
Strong organization skills and a keen attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Good understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems
Excellent communication and social skills
Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Bonus points for proficiency in another language
