Our valued client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to support planning around Workday ERP initiatives

This is a full-time permanent position

Tasks include:

  • Plan and organize major initiatives involving Workday ERP as a leader in the domain
  • Exercise strong presentation and client engagement skills in continual process analysis, requirements gathering, and lifecycle support
  • Provide functional leadership in the development of initiatives (projects and lifecycle), and assist in the formulation of innovative forward-thinking strategies, plans, and system roadmaps to advance business needs and reduce costs
  • Assesses the business, technical and economic viability and practicality of the solutions in meeting client requirements
  • Contributes to planning activities, providing clear estimations and timelines for when activities and commitment dates will be met
  • Lead and contribute to business process definition, including eliciting current state processes, analysis of the current business environment and facilitating the definition of future state processes and recommendations that are valid, traceable, and justifiable
  • Lead and contribute to modifications to existing business process and/or application configurations, specify, test (may include coding) and implement application, infrastructure and technology solutions; to rectify deficiencies, to meet new business and/or operational processes and requirements, to maintain operability, reliability, security, configuration management, to improve performance or reduce costs in accordance with IM and/or Engineering standards and procedures.Ensures service levels are met

Must have:

  • Prior experience supporting projects involving Workday
