Accounting Assistant

Duties:
-Perform accounting and clerical functions to support management and office team.
-Liaise with off-site head office to reconcile accounts.
-Enter all invoices into the system.
-Apply all cheques to orders.
-Co-managing quarterly physical inventory counts.
-Process invoices, and employees expense reports/bills for payment for accounts payable.
-Assisting upper management with any accounting activities.
-Assist with the preparation of weekly payroll.
-Assist with year-end reporting and activities.
-Working closely with purchasing to ensure payment flow.
