Marketing Manager On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Marketing Manager. Marketing Manager - Job DescriptionMain responsibilities, but not limited to, are events sponsorships and strategic partnershipsSupport with executional work and campaign management for all NTC as needed (i.e. request for translations and creatives, billing, coordinating with various parties on deliverables, etc.)Overall, the Senior Marketing Manager will be working closely with the candidate to oversee projects and ensure deliverables are metMakes recommendations and /or assists in solving problems to ensure communication solutions are implementedParticipates in communication strategy developmentBuilds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensures alignment between stakeholdersIdentifies and liaises with the stakeholders about opportunities for communications to other groups (e.g. customers, media, etc.) to increase communication effectiveness and alignmentActively looks for opportunities for continuous improvement of communications processes and procedures, and participates/leads communications continuous improvement initiativesRemains alert to new trends, tools and methods of communication, and makes recommendations on their applicationBroader work or accountabilities may be assigned as neededMarketing Manager - Mandatory Skills4-6 years of professional working experience in strategy and campaign management with a marketing role on the brand side or agency side (paid media or events) as the primary client lead2-3 years of marketing experience in India or familiar with India marketHave an understanding of newcomers to Canada, which also includes their own experienceWork well under pressure with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple initiatives and stakeholdersStrong ability to apply research/data/learnings into strategic plans to deliver on business goals (and not just providing data), as well as ability to take technical and complex information and distill it to key messages that make sense for the audienceStrong English verbal & written communication skillsIs a collaborative team player who is pro-active and driven, and can also work independentlyMarketing Manager- Preferred Skills1-2 years of experience in banking/ financial institutions1-2 years of experience in Sponsorships/ Partnerships, experience in negotiation or stakeholder management within these partnershipsCan read/ write/ speak Indian or Chinese languagesMarketing Manager - Assignment Start Date ASAP – 13 months to start Marketing Manager - Assignment Location Toronto, ON – Work Onsite
