Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Representative at Protrack in Chilliwack, BC, with flexibility for remote work but will require a significant amount of travel. The role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work both in the office and on-site.

The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Work closely with the service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrate equipment to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve optimal sales.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the product and management teams.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in the Aggregate, Mining, Biomass, or Waste Recycling Industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of mineral processing equipment and solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related sales experience
  • Able to maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Proven experience of driving business growth within assigned territory
