Responsibilities

  1. Manage relationships with the client and the client’s HRIS provider to establish an electronic eligibility file feed and confirm the integrity of test files sent during implementation.
  2. Participate in internal and external project team meetings.
  3. Focus on escalated plans and issues that are impacting the implementation timeline and ensure they are resolved before handing them off to the in-force Electronic file team.
  4. Process files and serve as the main contact for “live” clients that have not yet transitioned to the in-force Electronic file team.
  5. Act in a project manager role and have ownership of the electronic file implementation process from start to finish.
  6. Attend training as required to stay current with system and product enhancements and process changes or improvements.
  7. Assist with procedure development, training, and management.
  8. Act as the point of contact for escalated requests from both internal and external customers.
  9. Identify client needs, issues and perceptions and develop action plans to ensure a positive client and member experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall AdminAdvantage Benefits Member data management, maintenance, and integrity by providing system expertise and performing system process administration to support the set-up of new AdminAdvantage clients and the ongoing plan administration of existing clients.
