Responsabilités clés
- Diriger et gérer des projets à fort impact en se concentrant sur la transformation digitale et l'innovation, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient achevés dans les délais, dans le cadre prévu et dans le budget alloué.
- Développer des plans de projet complets, incluant des délais, des jalons, l'allocation des ressources et la gestion des risques.
- Coordonner et superviser les ressources internes et les tiers/fournisseurs pour l'exécution efficace des projets.
- Utiliser des techniques avancées de gestion de projet pour gérer les changements dans le périmètre, le calendrier et les coûts du projet.
- Collaborer avec la direction marketing senior pour développer et exécuter des stratégies de marketing digital de pointe.
- Identifier et défendre les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et d'automatisation pour améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience au sein de l'organisation.
- Implémenter et gérer des outils et technologies d'automatisation avancés pour rationaliser les opérations et réduire les efforts manuels.
- Diriger des initiatives transversales pour intégrer et connecter les environnements cloisonnés, en garantissant une communication et un flux de données fluides entre les départements.
- Servir de point de contact pour les parties prenantes exécutives, fournissant des mises à jour régulières sur l'état des projets, les risques et les problèmes.
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les principales parties prenantes pour assurer l'alignement et le succès des projets.

Qualifications
- Diplôme en Technologie de l'Information, Administration des Affaires, Marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, avec un accent sur le marketing digital, l'automatisation et l'amélioration des processus.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste d'affaires/consultant.
- Certification PMP ou PMI ou autres certifications de gestion de projet préférées.
- Historique prouvé de réussite dans la direction de projets et initiatives complexes et à fort impact.
- Compréhension solide des principes, stratégies et meilleures pratiques du marketing digital.
- Expérience avec des logiciels de gestion de projet (par ex. : Microsoft Project, Wrike, Jira, Asana).
- Expérience avec des logiciels de manipulation de bases de données et de données (par ex. : Power BI, SQL, Azure, Big Query, Snowflake).
- Compétences exceptionnelles en organisation et en multitâche, avec une grande attention aux détails.

We are seeking an accomplished and hands on Senior Project Manager to join our Innovation team under the guidance of the SVP of Innovation. This role is critical in driving our digital marketing initiatives, automation efforts, process improvements, and integrating siloed environments across the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, business and data analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-impact projects with a focus on digital transformation and innovation, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate and oversee internal resources and third parties/vendors for the efficient execution of projects.
- Utilize advanced project management techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
- Identify and champion opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Implement and manage advanced automation tools and technologies to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate and connect siloed environments, ensuring seamless communication and data flow across departments.
- Serve as the point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Work closely with the SVP of Innovation to align projects with the overall innovation strategy and long-term goals.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital marketing, automation, and process improvement.
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst/Consultant
- PMP or PMI certification or other Project Manager certifications preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, high-impact projects and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Wrike, Jira, Asana).
- Experience with Database and data manipulation software (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Azure, Big Query, Snowflake).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
