Senior Vice President, Sales Transformation

What is the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Offer, the SVP, Sales Transformation will focus on enhancing the performance and productivity of our Sales Division. This is a crucial role for developing and implementing strategies that improve sales capabilities, knowledge and the use of sales tools and processes. The job exists to ensure that our sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to effectively engage with customer and drive revenue growth. The role will extend its influence across various departments, enabling collaborations among product, professional services, and pre-sales team to enhance their effectiveness in the sales process. The Sales Transformation leader will take charge of establishing and managing sales operations, providing critical support to both the sales team and broader organization.

What will you do?
- Develop a comprehensive sales enablement or transformation strategy that aligns with overall business goals and sales objectives
- Analyze and optimize sales processes for efficiency by implementing best practices and ensure consistency in methodologies
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate enablement initiatives into the broader organizational strategy
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement programs to continuously improve sales performance
- Collaborate with sales leaders, marketing and others to ensure seamless integrations of sales enablement programs with other functions
- Identify and address skills gaps through training initiatives and implement onboarding processes for new hires within the sales team
- Oversee the creation of relevant sales collateral and tools, ensuring content aligns with buyer personas and sales stages
- Review data and analytic tools in order to evaluate, select and implement sales enablement technologies by reviewing data and analytic tools Establish KPI’s to measure sales enablement success and provide regular reporting to executive leadership
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and manage and communicate changes to the broader team
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- 7 + plus years of experience in developing and delivering sales enablement programs particularly in the SAAS space
- Expertise in learning principles and the ability to create and deliver compelling training content
- Experience in utilizing sales tools and processes to drive sales performance
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams and build relationships
- Creative problem solving abilities to develop innovative enablement solutions
- Leadership qualities to guide and influence the sales team and stakeholders
