Role Description

We are seeking a visionary VP of Sales to lead our efforts. This key role involves spearheading our sales initiatives, nurturing significant client relationships, driving strategic business development, and formulating effective sales strategies to surpass our ambitious goals. The role offers some flexibility for remote work, tailored for exceptional talents who excel in innovative and fast-paced settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the sales team to support business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

• Strategically manage key customer accounts and oversee comprehensive account management.

• Craft and execute robust sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in sales management and operations.

• Demonstrated success in business development and key account management.

• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Driven, self-motivated, and adept at navigating dynamic environments.

• Experience with AI technology and telecommunications is highly valued.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
