Executive Assistant at CopperWood

Are you a highly organized professional with a passion for the construction industry? We're looking for an  Executive Assistant to join our team on-site and help streamline operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What You’ll Do:

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our construction projects and business operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and managing the owner’s schedule
  • Answering phone calls and handling inquiries
  • Scheduling service calls and coordinating with clients and teams
  • Managing employee data and overseeing workflow paperwork
  • Preparing quoting information for construction projects
  • Working one-on-one with new home clients to help them make design selections
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
  • A background in the construction industry (a strong asset)
  • Education in interior design or CAD design (a bonus)
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
  • A client-focused attitude and the ability to work independently and in a team
