Primary Responsibilities Carry out multidisciplinary coordination and follow-up with clients on medium to large-scale projects. Proactively contribute solutions to maximize project quality and performance. Identify and monitor issues affecting budgets and timelines. Coordinate with clients, governments, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to guide projects through approval processes. Perform cost/budget studies and research assignments, analyzing and interpreting data. Monitor progress against terms of reference and Work Plans. Prepare, coordinate, and review contracts, Work Plans, reports, and documents; obtain sign-offs as required. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for clients and internal stakeholders summarizing projects. Manage calls for tenders, award, and negotiate construction and professional services contracts. Assemble and deliver construction contracts and professional scopes of work. Qualifications University Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural) or Technical College with similar education and demonstrated experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience on engineering design and construction projects. Ability to read and understand engineering plans and technical specifications. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with exceptional initiative and attention to detail. Strong work organization, priority management, and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in project management software (P6 Primavera and/or Microsoft Project) is an asset. Sound professional judgment, initiative, and ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities. Team collaboration and independent work capability across disciplines. PMP or LEED certification (asset). Working knowledge of Microsoft D365 (asset).Experience managing multi‑discipline designs and construction projects (asset).
