We are seeking a motivated and organized **Projects Coordinator** to support the planning, execution, and follow-up of various initiatives within the clinic. This role involves working closely with the management team to coordinate projects that improve clinic operations, patient experience, marketing, and community engagement.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and managing clinic projects from start to finish (e.g., operational improvements, marketing campaigns, technology updates, etc.)
- Coordinate with team members, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely project completion
- Track project progress and maintain organized documentation
- Research vendors, resources, and tools to support ongoing initiatives
- Help implement new systems, procedures, or technologies to optimize clinic efficiency
- Prepare simple reports or updates for management on project timelines and outcomes
- Contribute creative ideas to improve patient experience and clinic visibility

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
- Comfortable using office software and online tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management tools)
- Prior experience in administration, coordination, or project-related roles is an asset but not required
