About The Job
- As a Project Director, you will lead a variety of Institutional and Commercial Construction Projects in the Kelowna Area.
- Work alongside passionate builders who have a strong desire to win and deliver profitable, on-time projects.
- A culture built on grit and the desire to win is the environment you will experience.
- Success is in the hearts and minds of everyone working at this 100% employee-owned GC.
About You
- You’re a proven Sr. PM or Project Director ready to drive success in your own book of business within a leading national contractor.
- You have experience in leading commercial construction projects valued from $1m to $30m+.
- You have superior ability in team-building, delegation, planning and communicating with internal and external partners.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Kelowna. It offers competitive compensation, as well as a great team and culture in which to continue your career development while delivering impactful projects. Candidates considering relocation to Kelowna would be highly considered for this position.
