Cette personne sera responsable d’offrir un service à la clientèle de grande qualité pour l’équipe de BDC Financement quant à la résolution des questions de base, de préparer les propositions à la clientèle et tous les documents pertinents y afférents (p. ex. lettres d’intention et contrats), d’obtenir les signatures nécessaires et d’assurer un suivi auprès de la clientèle. Elle s’acquitte aussi de diverses tâches administratives et apporte un soutien à l’équipe dans un environnement à distance ou en mode hybride.

  • Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle à la clientèle de BDC quant à la résolution de questions de base provenant de la clientèle et informer les échelons supérieurs des cas complexes.
  • Répondre rapidement à un haut volume de demandes, avec précision et de manière professionnelle à la clientèle existante et potentielle en assurant le respect des politiques, des procédures et des pratiques.
  • Préparer les lettres à la clientèle et aux professionnel.les en fonction du processus spécifique (par ex., lettre d’intention, lettre d’offre et mandats aux professionnel.les), et/ou préparer les propositions/contrats destinés à la clientèle en s’assurant que l’information est exacte et entrée dans notre système, que tous les documents nécessaires sont préparés, que les conditions et les formulaires requis sont remplis, que les signatures sont obtenues et que le suivi est effectué.
  • Participer activement au développement du portefeuille en décelant les occasions de financement et en élaborant des solutions innovatrices ajoutant de la valeur en vue de répondre aux besoins de la clientèle.
  • Effectuer des activités de préqualification et d’évaluation de cote de risque pour la clientèle existante et potentielle de BDC Financement.
  • Participer proactivement aux efforts de marketing de la succursale en organisant des évènements, des campagnes et des activités, en préparant des communications de marketing et en assurant le soutien logistique sur place.
  • Diplôme d’études collégiales
  • Souci du service à la clientèle et capacité avérée de faire preuve d’initiative en écoutant, en identifiant les occasions de vente et en réglant les problèmes
  • Solide sens de l’organisation et capacité à établir des priorités et à composer avec diverses situations en tout temps
  • Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et de respecter des échéances serrées
  • Esprit d’équipe, créativité, souplesse, esprit de collaboration
  • Personne motivée à faire progresser sa carrière
  • Connaissance pratique de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS)
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais), tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, est obligatoire
