Modern Endpoint Solutions Architect

AMTRA Solutions is seeking a Modern Endpoint Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing pre-sales technical support, thought leadership, and post-sales delivery within the Microsoft Modern Endpoint stack, including Intune, Windows 365, AVD, MECM, Windows OS, Entra ID, and related technologies.This client-facing role involves participating in presentations, pre-sales activities, and post-sales engagements. You will design and architect endpoint solutions, manage project delivery, create technical documentation, and facilitate workshops. Collaboration with internal teams and clients is essential, as you will act as a subject matter expert guiding their endpoint strategies and projects.Key Responsibilities:Provide pre-sales technical support to architect, develop, deploy, and consume Microsoft Modern Endpoint solutions.Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and design endpoint solutions using Microsoft technologies.Lead architectural design sessions, implementation projects, and Proofs of Concepts.Drive technical portions of pre-sales opportunities from lead generation through deployment and consumption.Maintain deep relationships with key IT and Business Decision Makers to drive cloud strategy and adoption.Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, POCs, and pilots.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure capabilities align with client expectations.Provide senior technical direction and escalation within projects and managed services.Lead deployment projects, create collateral and train internal sales and technical resources.Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitive insights.Participate in technical communities and broader industry events.Essential Functions:Analyze customer business requirements and design endpoint solutions using Microsoft toolsets.Architect and build deployable solutions.Deploy applications and updates as needed.Manage compliance and security settings.Understand endpoint solutions in the context of Windows, Office 365, Azure, and Security and Compliance.Provide technical leadership and proactively assist team members in project delivery situations.Identify and refer opportunities for additional sales.Participate in presales calls and activities.Collaborate across internal and customer teams to solve problems and deliver solutions.Key Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.Ability to build deep technical relationships with senior executives and drive cloud consumption in strategic accounts.Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to leverage internal and external resources.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (formerly SCCM), W365, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Autopilot, Windows, Windows Hello for Business, and Azure Virtual Desktop.Experience in identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance related to cloud and hybrid solutions.5+ years in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects.2+ years of experience in migrating on-premises workloads to the cloud.Technical experience in security, data loss prevention, mobile device/application management, information protection, and data classification.Presentation skills with comfort in both large and small audiences.Education, Certifications, and Experience:5-10 years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Technology Solutions.Preferred certifications: MS-100, MS-101, MD-100, MD-101, MS-500, AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-500, SC-200, SC-203, SC-400.All AMTRA employees are expected to complete a minimum of two Microsoft certifications per year.
