About The Opportunity

Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Bilingual Member Services Representative for a 6 month contract that has the possibility for extension or permanency. The successful candidate will thrive in a customer service focused work environment and will have strong communication skills and a positive attitude with a willingness to take on additional tasks as necessary. If you have experience with the following tasks listed below, this opportunity is for you

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Receive incoming requests from members, track the requests and provide assistance
  • Process various requests and send information to applicable departments
  • Provide information and refer members to financial service specialists when required
  • Adhere to polices and processes
  • Respond to email correspondence with clients and customers
  • Support internal staff with various administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Fluently bilingual in English and French
  • College diploma or relevant post secondary education
  • Industry related experience is an asset
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Reception/Administration or Customer Service
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Technologically Savvy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self motivated

About the Job

The role would be offering $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
