Sommaire de l'emploi:

L'équipe du Marchandisage est à la recherche d'un(e) Gestionnaire de produits senior, Achats qui assurera le leadership et la gestion de la gamme de produits pour toutes les facettes du processus de marchandisage. Vous travaillerez dans des équipes interfonctionnelles pour développer, concevoir et gérer efficacement la marchandise de manière à créer une gamme de produits qui correspond aux plans d'affaires et à la vision à long terme.

Vous serez impliqué(e) dans notre transformation continue pour passer de détaillant traditionnel ayant surtout des magasins physiques à un leader omnicanal bousculant les technologies du domaine de la mode.

Responsabilités:

  • Favoriser la croissance actuelle et future du département grâce au développement des assortiments de marchandise;
  • Cultiver le succès en atteignant ou en dépassant toujours les objectifs du plan;
  • Développer des stratégies créatives et innovatrices pour générer un plan d'affaires;
  • Comprendre et analyser la concurrence et le marché afin de mettre l'accent sur la clientèle et développer des idées innovatrices;
  • Gérer le registre des achats (open-to-buy) afin de stimuler et de générer des stratégies d'affaires;
  • Travailler de pair avec l'équipe de la Planification afin de gérer le registre des achats en ce qui a trait aux reçus, aux ventes, aux marges, aux réductions et aux semaines de stock;
  • Mener et gérer la planification, les prix et le processus de création des produits, incluant le plan de style/couleur et la stratégie de grandeurs;
  • Analyser la performance et les plans afin d'aider à identifier les opportunités de ventes et de marges pouvant excéder le plan;
  • S'efforcer constamment d'offrir des produits tendance à la cliente et favoriser la croissance du département grâce à la planification de l'assortiment;
  • S'adapter rapidement aux changements/tendances se produisant au sein des opérations et du marché;
  • Diriger des rencontres d'affaires de façon efficace; communiquer, influencer et négocier avec des équipes interfonctionnelles afin de réaliser la vision;
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe du Visuel et la gestion continue dans le développement et l'exécution du marchandisage;
  • Former, diriger et développer les acheteurs juniors et les assistants en marchandisage afin de continuellement améliorer les habiletés et la performance nécessaires pour livrer le plan d'affaires;
  • Déléguer la responsabilité et la responsabilisation aux employés directs et offrir des opportunités pour démontrer leurs habiletés.
Qualifications:

  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise;
  • Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience comme acheteur en mode et/ou en gestion de produits de mode;
  • Excellent sens du style et connaissance des tendances mode;
  • Solide connaissance des produits et un équilibre entre les aptitudes créatives et analytiques pour avoir un impact positif sur les résultats nets;
  • Excellent sens des affaires et aptitudes analytiques;
  • Langue de travail : Français ou anglais, d'excellentes aptitudes en communication en anglais (écrit et parlé) sont requises pour travailler avec les fournisseurs internationaux;
  • Bonnes aptitudes pour la planification et expérience en gestion du registre des achats (open-to-buy);
  • Excellente habileté à travailler en équipe et aptitudes en leadership;
  • Bonnes aptitudes informatiques (Excel et/ou systèmes logiciels équivalents);
  • Connaissance approfondie de nos marques et de leur marché cible.
