Requirements
  • Must be currently employed, looking for a new opportunity, closer to home, ect
  • Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant Designation (CPA) or Graduate of a University Accounting Program or equivalent
  • Thorough understanding of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS)
  • Good understanding of and experience with Canadian income taxation
  • Experience in a Public Accounting Firm
Responsibilities
  • Independently prepares working papers and financial statements for Review Engagements and Compilation Engagements
  • Act as an in-charge in leading review and audit engagements with junior staff members
  • Independently preparing financial statements and working papers for review and compilation engagements
  • Preparing corporate and personal income tax returns
