Location: GTA region, ON

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of the branch including sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory
  • Provide direction, training, and coaching to all branch staff
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of all personnel
  • Have P&L responsibility of the branch, managing budgets, expenses & inventory
  • Consistently ensure a high level of customer service
  • Ensure compliance from all employees with health & safety policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Be a Brand Ambassador by building brand recognition, supporting sales initiatives, and enhancing the customer experience

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years demonstrated supervisory and sales experience
  • Proven record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong communicator, problem-solver, and leader
  • Team player
  • Organized with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Electrical industry experience
