An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established and dynamic Steelwork Fabrication business.

You will have comprehensive experience in bespoke Architectural Steelwork and be able to work from the office based in North London. You will work on a range of projects from organising the design through to completion.

Steelwork Contracts Manager role includes:
  1. Overseeing and managing projects from the point the project is won through to handover/completion – (projects consist of the likes of feature stairs, balustrading, balconies etc and individual contract values range up to 4/5 million £).
  2. Attending launch and progress/site meetings throughout as required.
  3. Putting together and managing project programmes to ensure that deadlines are met.
  4. Liaising internally as well with other project stakeholders and with clients as required.
  5. Managing sub-contractors where required.
  6. Resolving issues and coordinating activities to ensure project is delivered as planned.
Steelwork Contracts/Projects Manager requirements:
  1. Proven track record as a Contract/Project Manager with the structural and/or architectural steelwork sector.
  2. Good organisational and communication skills.
  3. Positive can-do attitude.
  4. Live in/within a commutable distance of the office in North London.
