Please note that, given the nature of this role, the selected candidate will occasionally need to work in in person from our office. As a result, we will only be considering applicants located in the Montreal or Greater Montreal area.

About the Role

Are you a recent Human Resources graduate looking to explore diverse HR disciplines? Tecsys is looking for an HR Coordinator who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in various functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnerships, and Benefits. We are seeking a collaborative team-player who is enthusiastic about learning and making a positive impact.

Here are some areas we would expect you to lean into in this role:

Employee Experience:

  • Update and manage employee records and information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Create and maintain forms essential for HR processes, streamlining documentation procedures.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Provide coverage for our workplace experience manager at the reception desk ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and employees.
  • Support the team in creating engaging content for HR programs and initiatives.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
  • Participate in campus recruitment events and building relationships with universities.

Benefits Administration:

  • Coordinate enrollment in the group retirement plan, process changes, and respond to employees.
  • Maintain the WorkLife wellness program: processing requests, developing quarterly reports, and monitoring budget.
  • Coordinate service awards, and quarterly Tecsys Applause Program awards.
  • Provide coverage for Employee Experience Specialist on payroll & group insurance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Certification in Human Resources such as CRHA designation or working towards CRHA designation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders across the business.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and a willingness to adapt to changing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English and French communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues in Quebec and globally.
  • Some Experience with HRIS or ATS tools would be an asset.

Voici quelques domaines dans lesquels nous attendons que vous vous investissiez dans ce rôle :

Expérience des employés :

  • Mettre à jour et gérer les dossiers et informations des employés, en veillant à leur exactitude et à leur confidentialité.
  • Créer et maintenir des formulaires essentiels aux processus RH, simplifiant les procédures de documentation.
  • Soutenir l’intégration et l’orientation des nouveaux employés.
  • Coordonner les initiatives d’engagement des employés, telles que les activités de renforcement d’équipe et les programmes de reconnaissance.
  • Assurer la couverture du gestionnaire de l’expérience en milieu de travail à la réception, garantissant un environnement professionnel et accueillant pour tous les visiteurs et employés.
  • Soutenir l’équipe dans la création de contenu engageant pour les programmes et initiatives RH.

Acquisition de talents :

  • Aider aux efforts de recrutement : publier les offres d’emploi, examiner les CV, planifier les entretiens et coordonner les évaluations des candidats.
  • Participer aux événements de recrutement sur les campus et établir des relations avec les universités.

Administration des avantages sociaux :

  • Coordonner l’adhésion au régime de retraite collectif, traiter les changements et répondre aux employés.
  • Gérer le programme de bien-être WorkLife : traiter les demandes, élaborer des rapports trimestriels et surveiller le budget.
  • Coordonner les prix de service et les prix trimestriels du programme Tecsys Applause.
  • Assurer la couverture du spécialiste de l’expérience des employés pour la paie et l’assurance collective.

Qualifications :

  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Certification en ressources humaines, telle que la désignation CRHA ou en cours d’obtention.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en collaboration avec divers intervenants au sein de l’entreprise.
  • Grande organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à établir des priorités efficacement.
  • Agilité d’apprentissage démontrée et volonté de s’adapter à un environnement en constante évolution.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à prioriser les tâches efficacement.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français, nécessaires pour communiquer efficacement avec nos clients, fournisseurs, partenaires d'affaires et collègues au Québec et au niveau international.
  • Une expérience avec des outils HRIS ou ATS serait un atout.
