Position: Office and Marketing Coordinator

Job type: Full Time- Permanent

NutriAg Ltd. a world leader in Agriscience, is looking for the best and brightest to join our team.

Duties include:

· Managing office operations, including organizing meetings/schedules, maintaining supplies, and overseeing administrative tasks.

· Providing general administration support to the office and other departments as needed

· Handling day to day matters of building and facility maintenance at head office

· Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements

· Planning and scheduling head office events

· Arranging catering for events

· Maintaining marketing project plan and schedules

· Providing detailed reports to the President of weekly progress on various marketing initiatives.

· Involvement in monitoring and responding to social media comments, while ensuring all communication meets the standards required by the organization.

· Proofreading and checking documents, web sites, marketing campaigns and communications for mistakes, typos, incorrect information.

· Assisting with creating, coordinating and managing content on social media, blogs, email campaigns, website, and print materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice and presence.

· Ensure all technical marketing information is current and dialogued

· Coordinate handoffs and information sharing between Marketing and other departments

· Assisting with marketing initiatives such as social media management, emails, campaigns and content creation.

· Procuring and coordinating with external vendors and agencies for marketing materials and events.

· Planning all details for major tradeshows including logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and lead capture

· Quality control of “brand” and image to ensure consistency on all marketing communications, online and offline.

· Creating and sending e-mail, voice mail, and fax notifications to clients for various webinars, podcasts, updates, new products, deadlines, etc.

· Providing support for marketing research and analysis, including gathering data and preparing reports.

· Collaborating with the management team, Sales staff and all other departments to implement strategies to promote products or services.

· Working with internal and external partners including Marketing, e-Commerce, Corporate Communications.

· Assisting in the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

WHAT YOU NEED:

- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in marketing and/or administration

- Strong organizational skills and time management skills

- attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

- Marketing experience particularly in content creation, for trade shows, website and social media content

- 4 Years of Office management experience in Canada

- Event planning experience.

- Effective communication and teamwork for collaborating with colleagues across different departments
