The person must be passionate, motivated, and a supporter that works collaboratively with a dynamic team to provide the necessary tools needed for customer presentations and order entry. The work is done primarily in an office environment, but also in our in-house showrooms when organizing them. Under the supervision of the VP Strategic Growth Leader, the Sales Intern will assist the Commercial Team with various tasks including but not limited to:

  • Entering orders
  • Filling in form for sample requests
  • Update inventory reports
  • Coordinate arrival and preparation of samples for photography
  • Updating and maintaining showrooms
  • Filling in approval sheets for all styles and various brands
  • Make presentation pages to present the products
  • Updating catalogues
Education and Experience:
  • College degree in a related field (Administration)
  • Prior office or product’s sales experience would be an asset
  • Proficiency in working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Skills and Abilities:
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment
  • Good time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work with others in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
