What you’ll do:

  • Sales Support:
    • Actioning outstanding leads by contacting prospective customers
    • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, and contracts/quotes
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
    • Analyze data and prepare reports on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain organized files and documentation related to sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications required:

  • Communication Skills:
    • Ability to effectively communicate ideas, proposals, and strategies both verbally and in writing.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
    • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Marketing Skills:
    • Understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including market segmentation, positioning, and branding.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics, sales performance, and market trends.
    • Ability to use analytical tools and software to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
    • Problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for creating presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration:
    • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
