Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, and contracts/quotes
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
Analyze data and prepare reports on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to support sales and marketing strategies.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales and marketing initiatives.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain organized files and documentation related to sales and marketing activities.

Ability to effectively communicate ideas, proposals, and strategies both verbally and in writing.
Marketing Skills:
Understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including market segmentation, positioning, and branding.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics, sales performance, and market trends.
Ability to use analytical tools and software to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for creating presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
This position will be based at our Office in Mississauga, Ontario (Canada).
