We are looking for an experienced Service Manager for Installation Services

For this position, you will receive a base salary, plus bonuses following a probationary period.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a team of sales associates and project coordinators in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Work with contractors/installers on various projects from single dwellings to multi-units.
  • Travel to construction sites for customer support as needed.
  • Coordinating multi-unit installation projects in the field.
  • Evaluate quality of installation and renovation projects.
  • Help with recruiting and onboarding of new installers.
  • Helping to resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently.
  • Stay updated about the latest building code trends and market conditions.
  • Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed.
  • Understanding of the importance of customer focus.
  • A strong foundation in construction/renovation and customer service.
  • Problem solver who can work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and a team player.
  • Organized, can manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs.
  • Able to travel to customer sites; a valid driver’s license is required.
  • Knowledge of building materials and the construction process is required.
  • Knowledge of building codes would be considered an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication (bilingual would be considered an asset: French/English).
