About the role

Salary: $22-26/hr

Schedule: Rotation 2 weeks day and 2 weeks night. 12-hour shifts.

Key responsibilities
  1. Operate mobile equipment
  2. Perform and lead preventative maintenance
  3. Contribute to implement continuous improvements
  4. Maintain consistent production quality and work records
  5. Provide leadership when required and support when required
Qualifications and skills
  1. Minimum grade 12 education
  2. Experience leading a shift in a continuous production environment would be an asset
  3. Mechanical aptitude
  4. Able to perform physical labour or work at heights
  5. Strong computer skills
  6. Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  7. Able to comprehend and follow safety procedures
  8. Work well in a team environment and able to communicate well with peers and supervisors via verbal and written communication
  9. Strong work ethic
