Happy Dad Canada is seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team in British Columbia . We are currently hiring for Dual positions in the Fraser Valley Territory. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own, build, and manage customer relationships to support the launch and growth of the Happy Dad Hard Seltzer portfolio.
  • Develop a territory sales plan and strategy.
  • Assist in building effective routes and customer call tracking.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs.
  • Achieve sales targets for assigned territories.
  • Ensure consistent product placement, visibility, availability, and quality.
  • Track all in-field activities through CRM tools and report on KPIs.
  • Execute and measure distribution, visibility, and promotions.
  • Support customers with inventory and orders for effective stock management.
  • Build strategic customer plans for sustained growth.
  • Assist with forecasting of regular and new listings.
  • Assist in the training and development of new Sales Representatives.
  • Leverage consumer and customer insights for a competitive advantage.
  • Identify and target relevant on-premise accounts in the territory.
  • Secure, maintain, and grow on-premise customer relationships.
  • Work with each account to develop promotions and events.
  • Support retail and on-premise sampling events.
  • Leverage data to support selling stories in customer accounts.
  • Be a category expert to build and develop customer relationships.
  • Keep all accounts engaged and support growing case orders.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous sales or marketing experience in consumer goods would be preferred.
  • Experience in alcohol beverages is considered a strong asset.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
