*Job duties/accountabilities*

*Must be Bilingual (English + French)*
The purpose of this project is to continue to build, integrate, deploy and support the video player wrapper called Jasper.
Given that the team operates across Canada, this team needs to be made of bilingual (English and French) developers who can work with teams located in Ontario and Quebec.
In addition, operates in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery model. So these developers will have to fully versed in scrum and Kanban based Agile delivery and SAFe.

The following skills are required:
* mobile application development
* Java, Kotlin, Swift, GMA IMA SDK
* Integration with Ad Servers such as FreeWheel, Cadent or Google Ad Manager
* understanding of ABR standards such as HLS and DASH.
* Prior experience with building a video player for a major streaming platform
* Understanding of the functionality of Jasper player wrapper
* Prior experience working with the open-source Shaka player
* Deep understanding of SSAI and CSAI

*Nice to have:*
* Prior experience with other commercial video players such as BitMovin, TheoPlayer, Mux, etc…

Understanding of SGAI and other adjacent technology standards
*#INDCA*

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
